1. Calculation scope
TipWeigh applies the amounts, percentages, eligibility choices, hours, points, and methods you enter. It does not decide worker eligibility, confirm a tip-pool policy, move money, calculate tax or withholding, submit payroll, or provide legal, tax, employment, accounting, or payroll advice.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking source totals, time records, point values, pool membership, and the final payouts. You must decide whether your policy and its treatment meet contracts, workplace rules, and applicable law. Keep the records your business requires and have a qualified adviser review uncertain cases.
3. Pro billing and cancellation
TipWeigh Pro is $3/month. Crate Pass is $15/month. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the shared account service. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues for the paid period shown by that service.
For refund requests, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. A request does not guarantee a refund where the law does not require one.
4. Browser storage and records
The active draft, rosters, import mapping, history, revisions, and document settings are stored in the current browser profile. A sign-in or paid plan does not back up, isolate, or sync these records. Browser clearing, profile deletion, device loss, storage limits, or software faults can remove them. Use the JSON backup and verify important exports.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse TipWeigh, interfere with its shared authentication, billing, advertising, analytics, or feedback services, attempt unauthorized access, or use generated records to misrepresent payment, consent, approval, or compliance.
6. Changes and availability
We may change or stop features, correct errors, and update these terms. The app may be unavailable and browser features may behave differently across devices. Material term changes apply from the stated effective date.
7. Disclaimers and liability
TipWeigh is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that a calculation is suitable for your policy or obligations. To the extent permitted by law, Cashew Crate is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost records, payroll errors, disputes, or decisions made from app output. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
